Ten Best LGBTQ+ Cabaret Events: May 2024

Our very own cabaret aficionado Jason Reid peruses the upcoming cabaret events every month so you don’t have to, and picks his cream of the crop for Gay London Life.

Glorious May has arrived dear cabaret lovers and with it comes a plethora of shows and events with an LGBTQ+ lilt, and there’s something for everyone. Here’s just a small selection of what’s on offer this month…

Kinky Kabaret_May24

Kinky Kabaret at Freedom Soho
Every Monday, from 10pm

Schmooze with West End stars and watch them do what they do best. Mondays are known for being quite dry in cabaret-land but this longstanding night rarely fails to deliver. Great live music in a beautiful venue with plenty of space to chill away from the hubbub if that’s what you want, plus sumptuous cocktails and largely a really nice vibe. Hosted by the utterly fabulous Carl Mullaney. Open till 3am. All in the heart of Soho.
