Elephant & Castle has a new queer kid on the block, and naturally, we had to pop in for a drink (purely for research, of course). We headed to The Nellie, Elephant Park’s recently opened LGBTQ+ bar, to meet the team, check out the space and enjoy a few drinks with some rather lovely company.
With cocktails flowing, plenty of familiar faces and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it was a cracking evening and a chance to see London’s newest queer neighbourhood hangout in action. From after-work drinks to spontaneous nights out, The Nellie is already giving us another very good reason to head south of the river. Take a look at our photos and see who we spotted!
