As a licensed adult gay retailer in the heart of the city, Prowler RED isn’t just a store — it’s a cultural touchstone, a safe space, and a celebration of queer identity. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, drive sales, and bring fresh ideas to a thriving business.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the spirit of Soho.
Manage sales, inventory, and online order dispatch.
Hire, train, and motivate your team to be the best in the business.
Shape strategies to exceed sales targets and grow the brand.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Bring your creativity to the table, influencing everything from product development to in-store experience.

Salary: £38,000 per year
