CLONEZONE starts a fabulous new era with a REOPENING EXTRAVAGANZA!

For over four decades, Clonezone hasn’t just been a store—it’s been a home for queer expression, fashion, and community. From celebrity visits to wild parties, HIV testing to charity events, this space has always been a heartbeat of LGBTQ+ life in Soho.

And now?

Hold onto your harnesses, darlings—Clonezone is making a fierce and fabulous return to Old Compton Street, and it’s looking sexier than ever!

The legendary LGBTQ+ retailer, a pillar of queer culture since 1982, is back with a bold new look, seamlessly blending rebellious roots with modern sass. Get ready for a sleek and sultry shopping experience featuring an exclusive, hand-painted art installation by the insanely talented Riccardo Matlakas and a top-to-bottom, hands-on interior overhaul by the ever-stylish General Manager Richard Tropez.

Prepare to be dazzled! The revamped Clonezone isn’t just a store—it’s a living, breathing queer art piece. The jaw-dropping art installation by Riccardo Matlakas fuses history, activism, and camp fabulousness into an immersive visual experience.

“We are beyond thrilled to unveil the new Clonezone,” says Richard Tropez, General Manager. “This store has been at the heart of London’s LGBTQ+ scene for decades, and with Riccardo Matlakas’ stunning artwork, we are taking it to the next level. We can’t wait to welcome back our community—old and new!”
