So the Christmas tree has come down, you’re back at your workplace after a break and summer feels like it’s aeons away – it’s no wonder that January can be a challenge to get through. The trick to changing that is to give yourself something to look forward to, like Mighty Hoopla’s Big Weekender taking place at the end of the month.
For the second year running, the pop festival will be taking over Butlins in Bognor Regis for
a three-day festival of live performances, club nights and pool parties. So far, the line-up is
stuffed with icons like Mel C, Belinda Carlisle and Booty Luv, along with eclectic names such as Charity Shop Sue and Michelle McManus, plus around 50% of the drag queens residing in the Greater London area.
Onsite accommodation has almost run out, but there’s still just enough time to gather a gaggle of girlies together and book yourselves a room.
Trust us when we say that you’ll be glad to have done so when you’re losing it to N-Trance on the south coast next year.
