If your July diary is still looking suspiciously empty, consider this your reminder. As One In The Park is now just weeks away, and on Saturday 18 July, thousands of LGBTQ+ Londoners will descend on Walpole Park for one of the capital’s biggest and friendliest queer festivals.
This year’s line-up is arguably the festival’s biggest yet.
Headlining the action is Brazilian superstar and activist Pabllo Vittar, bringing her Club Vittar takeover to London for the very first time as part of her European tour. Expect big pop moments, plenty of Brazilian energy, and a crowd singing every word back to the stage.
And then there’s the name that still has us grinning. RuPaul’s Drag Race icon Miss Vanjie is making her As One debut, headlining the Drag Cabaret Stage alongside a stellar line-up including Kitty Scott-Claus, Tayce, Kyran Thrax, Tiara Skye, and Son of a Tutu. Camp, chaos, and charisma? Absolutely.
The music line-up is equally stacked. House legend Todd Terry joins fashion favourite turned DJ Gok Wan and scene icon Fat Tony, alongside a host of rising names and club collectives across five stages of music and entertainment.
Part of what makes As One special is its atmosphere. It feels like a proper festival, but it never loses its community spirit. Alongside the music and performances, expect dancers, circus acts, street food, cocktails, and plenty of opportunities to bump into friends, old and new.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Walpole Park and just minutes from Central London via the Elizabeth line, it’s the perfect excuse to spend a summer Saturday surrounded by queer joy.
Tickets start from £25, with VIP tickets available from £50. If previous years are anything to go by, this is one event you won’t want to leave until the last minute.
