Alcoholics Anonymous

It can’t be denied that most people drink a bit more than they normally do over Christmas and New Year.

If you’re starting to think your relationship with alcohol is becoming worrying or troublesome, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) might be able to help.

For more than three quarters of a century, people have come together to share their experiences and hope with one another to solve their common problem. It’s a spiritual programme — but not religious — and the organisation isn’t affiliated with any other body. There are no fees or dues for membership, either.

To find out more, visit alcoholics-anonymous.org.uk, call free on 0800 917 7650 or attend one of the hundreds of meetings taking place across London every week.
